Registration for 8:00 am Worship

To register to attend the 8:00 am Worship Service on Sunday, January 17, 2021, please click on the link below to access the registration form.  In keeping with safe distancing guidelines, the first 35 family units registered for the service will be admitted into the sanctuary. After 35 family units have been registered, registration will be closed.  PLEASE NOTE: If 35 registrations have already been received for the 8:00 am service, when you click on the registration link you will receive a message that reads, "Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting any entries."
